In 2023, we completed an ERDF project giving business support to 90 businesses across the county. European Regional Development Funding was allotted to strengthen economic and social cohesion in the European Union by correcting imbalances between richer and poorer areas and we were chosen to deliver part of this project in Cornwall.

Tracy Waters
Director | Business Manager
Tracy brings a wealth of expertise in project development and management, internal quality assurance and supporting clients through the provision of advice, guidance, learning and training. She has extensive experience leading teams in the community sector, through roles such as Head of Employment and Training and CEO.
Maggie Collier
Director | Business Advisor
Maggie is an experienced business leader. She co-founded a successful insight and strategy agency which grew to a staff of 350 with offices across the globe. Maggie is on the board of Green Berry Consulting. She is a business investor, a charity trustee and qualified workplace mediator.
Andrew Moss Robinson
Director | Business Advisor
Andrew is an experienced business professional and project manager specialising in carbon reduction planning (Net Zero), energy efficiency, sales growth and marketing. Andrew brings a wealth of skills and knowledge to the team including many years of business relationship management experience gained from numerous roles and projects within large, national enterprises through to SME’s and start-ups.
Eden Freeman-Payne
Sustainability Consultant
Eden offers a complex understanding of Sustainability. Her creative problem solving skills compliment her business knowledge, enabling her to strategically advise organisations as they transition to Net Zero. Eden works to transform culture and positively impact communities both socially and environmentally.
Lisa Pressland
Business Support Advisor
Lisa has been in a financial services role for over 20 years and has an abundance of experience in complaints and compliance. Since 2007 she has been heading up her own business in the hospitality sector and has recently relocated to Cornwall.
Joe Taylor
Charity Specialist
Joe is a management consultant specialising in the not-for-profit sector. He has over 18 years’ experience in management for charities and non-profits, including 13 as a CEO. He was the founder of The Wave Project, an award-winning charity based in Cornwall, which he developed from a start-up to a registered charity with an annual turnover of £1.75m. He now works across the sector to support smaller charities and non-profits to achieve greater impact and scale.
